Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Bruff Community. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of quality person-centered care and support to clients
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a values-led environment that promotes compassion, commitment, and companionship
Requirements
- QQI L5 Healthcare, Care Skills & Care of the Elderly qualification
- Experience in dementia-specific care desirable
