Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Health Care Assistant to join our team at The Old Downs Care Centre, providing high-quality person-centred care to our residents.
Your role will be key to driving and motivating our Care Team, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for:
- Working with a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
- Welcoming and admitting new residents, including care planning and medication.
- Providing all aspects of personal care for residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to manage your workload and maintain standards.
