Seeking experienced Agency Healthcare Assistants for acute hospitals in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. Must be caring, patient, and empathetic with 6 months+ experience as HCA in a nursing home or hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
- Assisting with oral hygiene and denture care
- Assisting patients with walking, transferring, and positioning
- Encouraging patients in exercises and mobility activities
- Assisting with eating and drinking
- Monitoring food and fluid intake
- Providing incontinence care and changing bed linens
- Assisting with medical equipment and sterilization
- Supporting nurses and doctors during examinations and procedures
- Maintaining patient records
- Following hospital policies and protocols
- Recording observations and reporting changes in patient condition
Requirements:
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- 6 months+ experience as HCA in a nursing home or hospital
- Right to work in Ireland
- Excellent communication skills
- Full QQI 5 Major Healthcare Support Award (8 modules completed essential) or a Nursing Degree
