Healthcare Assistant sought to provide high-quality care to children and adults with complex needs in the community, working in partnership with a private healthcare provider in Dublin.
Job Description:
- Deliver high-standard care to service users with complex needs
- Assist with personal care tasks, ambulation, and exercises
- Perform other activities as directed by the Clinical Nurse Manager
- Understand and follow safety and infection control policies and practices
- Demonstrate sound judgement and take initiative to assist clients
- Report any clinical incidents using the company's incident reporting application
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without visa sponsorship
- QQI Level 5 Certification in Healthcare or related field
- Up-to-date mandatory trainings, including CPR, Manual Handling, and Infection Control
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience working as a healthcare professional preferred
- Driver with access to a car
