We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Beaumont Residential Care Home in Ireland.
With over 20 years of experience in the Nursing Homes Sector, our team is focused on providing high-quality care to our residents.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff in delivering holistic care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting nursing staff in providing high-quality care to residents
- Maintaining residents' hygiene and personal care needs to the highest standards
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, mobilising, and transferring as needed
- Escorting residents as directed by nursing staff
- Providing end-of-life care and other duties as required
Requirements:
- QQI/FETAC qualification or equivalent experience in a similar environment
- Practical experience in a caring capacity desired
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Professional, caring, and empathetic nature
- Good level of English language skills
- Availability to work varied shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends
