We are seeking compassionate and positive individuals to support challenged residents in their everyday lives as Healthcare Assistants.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
- Following residents' care plans, assisting with personal care and mobility.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensuring resident safety through accurate recording and reporting.
- Delivering high-quality care and assistance to residents, including personal care, toileting, moving, and transferring.
- Observing, listening, and engaging with residents.
- Being punctual and managing time effectively.
- Communicating any changes or concerns in relation to resident needs and care.
- Adhering to Health and Safety and Infection Prevention and Control regulations.
