We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team in Kilkenny area, providing support to individuals with severe/profound intellectual disabilities in all aspects of daily life. The successful candidate will assist in the provision of health and social care, ensuring the needs of our core members are met through professional work practices.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations, as outlined in their care plan.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to our core members.
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to service provision, responding to the changing needs of our core members.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- QQI Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Driving license.
- Good level of English.
- Computer literacy.
- Clear Garda vetting.
