Job Description:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will deliver personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes, implementing their care plans and promoting their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work closely with our Care Management Team and have access to free QQI training and manual handling training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes
- Implement client care plans and perform identified care duties
- Promote client comfort, dignity, and wellbeing
- Work closely with the Care Management Team
Requirements:
- QQI approved Level 5 Modules Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support, or
- Minimum of one year's experience caring for others and willingness to undertake the two qualification modules
