What You'll Do:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll help our residents lead fulfilling lives, supporting their daily activities while promoting independence. You'll build meaningful relationships based on respect, empathy, and equality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care that respects residents' privacy and dignity.
- Foster an environment where residents feel empowered and cared for.
- Organize and participate in social outings and in-house activities.

- Support management during inspections and audits.

Your Skills and Experience:
