Healthcare Business Analyst
Unijobs, on behalf of a public sector client, seeks an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to join their team.
The role is initially 12 months with possible extensions, working 35 hours per week in a hybrid model with flexible location.
The successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee, paid an hourly rate of €42.86 per hour, and accrue 30 days annual leave per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements, including clinical pathways and operational workflows, to articulate a future state that delivers required outcomes.
- Communicate project benefits in a meaningful way for patients, clinicians, and executives.
- Develop solution proposals that maximise the use of existing products and technologies to deliver required outcomes.
- Provide resource estimates, including time, cost, and people.
- Develop documentation to support project approvals and implementation lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare/clinical setting is mandatory.
- Significant experience working in a front-line health provider role or a role supporting front-line service delivery.
- Relevant work experience managing quality improvement, health informatics, or other projects.
