The role involves providing expert legal services within the healthcare sector, particularly in regulatory and advisory capacities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fitness to Practise complaints, statutory inquiries, and advising public bodies on statutory duties. Strong advocacy and client management skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain high-quality knowledge management resources in healthcare law and professional regulation. Key Responsibilities: Advise on healthcare law and regulatory issues. Act for regulatory bodies in Fitness to Practise cases. Manage and maintain knowledge resources within healthcare law. Ideal Candidate: 2.5 years PQE in healthcare law. Experience in public sector client management. Strong advocacy and advisory skills.
