Job Description
Healthcare Subject Matter Expert / Analyst job:
A 11-month contract with possible extensions, based onsite in Dublin. Work 35 hours/week, paid €30.17/hour (£26.64) based on an annualised salary of €55,093.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise and guidance in business process strategies, assess existing workflow processes and recommend improvements.
* Design and implement application solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, provide subject matter expertise and support workflow reviews, training and change management activities.
* Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements:
* 7-10+ years experience as a Healthcare Subject Matter Expert in the healthcare sector.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, standards, regulations and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
