Job Description

Help Desk Specialist Technical Certificate of Credit: Provide technical support to individuals and organizations via various technology tools, working flexible hours.

The program is designed to equip students with the skills to offer on-call technology guidance and support via email, telephone, video conference, or other technology tools. Students may work during regular office times or on shifts at night or on weekends.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment providing technical support to individuals and organizations
  • Utilize various technology tools to resolve technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, or video conference

Students can enter the program any semester and complete it in 2 semesters as a full-time student. To graduate, students must complete a minimum of 25 semester credit hours.
