Job Description

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst (Hybrid) for a leading Dublin based client. Our client provides financial solutions and services through their bespoke technology platform including Reinsurance, Technology and Transaction Services to local and international clients. The Helpdesk Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all support tickets through the Helpdesk ticketing system Provide day-to-day IT Support with queries raised by local and international users Review, action, monitor and report on all on-going IT service requests to ensure successful resolution Clearlycommunicate issue resolution process to customer or end user including next steps to be taken, timeframe, and ownership of issue Help review and evaluate new IT Solutions/Upgrades Participate in project work when required QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: An IT Qualification 3+ Years Helpdesk Support experience Good Ticketing Systems experience Basic Networking experience Financial Services experience MS Certification (Azure) Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills OUR CLIENT OFFERS: Excellent career growth opportunities (Local & International) Excellent salary & benefits package (Full Healthcare, very generous bonus, excellent pension etc) Tailored development plan (tuition assistance and professional certifications, Prince 2 etc) Stock Options Gym Membership Excellent work-life balance (Hybrid) Please call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
