Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Helpdesk Support professional to join our client's team, providing vital support within a government sector client.
This is an onsite role based in Dublin 11, with a 24-month contract duration.
You will play an essential part in maintaining and supporting the Microsoft-based infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and helping to resolve technical issues for both IT and business stakeholders.
Key Deliverables:Maintaining and Supporting: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Microsoft-based environments
Microsoft Infrastructure Expertise:Act as a subject matter expert on the Microsoft infrastructure, ensuring its operation aligns with best practice standards
Liaison and Communication:Collaborate effectively with IT and business colleagues to address issues related to Microsoft infrastructure
Mandatory Qualifications:Level 7 or
Higher Qualification: A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline
Required Experience and
Skills:2+ Years of
Helpdesk Experience: At least two years of proven experience working within a helpdesk support role, ideally in a Microsoft Office-based environment, with exposure to hybrid work settings
Technical Competence:Strong understanding of the operation, troubleshooting, and support of Microsoft-based environments
Communication
Skills:Ability to communicate technical information effectively with both IT and non-technical colleagues.
