Job Description

Seeking an experienced Junior Helpdesk Support Manager to lead helpdesk operations for a government sector client in Dublin 11.

This is a full-time onsite role with a 24-month contract duration, requiring a strong technical understanding of Microsoft-based environments and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include managing ticketing systems, maintaining Microsoft-based infrastructure, and providing subject matter expertise on Microsoft technologies.

Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential, as well as a proven track record of leading and managing a helpdesk function in a Microsoft Office-based environment.

A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key skills include helpdesk leadership, technical proficiency, and communication skills.
