Helpdesk Systems Specialist
LEAP Legal Software is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and live chat
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of LEAP products and services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Proactively improve our self-support center by creating high-quality self-help materials
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competence with Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel
- Demonstrated strong collaborative teamwork and people skills
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is beneficial
- Strong level of enthusiasm and ability to work in a high-energy team
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, and ability to meet deadlines
