Job description What you need to know Our client, a thriving and long-established Irish food group are currently seeking an HGV Mechanicto join their team in Co. Longford. This is a permanent role Your new job Key Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct fault diagnosis on a fleet of Vans, Rigid and Artic trucks, and trailers to identify mechanical or technical issues. Perform regular service maintenance on all vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards. Carry out repairs on trucks and trailers, ensuring timely and efficient restoration to full working condition. What are we looking for: A formal qualification such as a National Craft Certificate, City and Guilds Level 3 in vehicle repairs, or an equivalent certification. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a driven approach to prioritizing tasks and excellent attention to detail.
