Harmon Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in educating medical professionals about hospice services, providing end of life care solutions, and improving patient quality of care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals to promote hospice services
• Educate customers on Medicare Hospice Benefit, agency service offerings, disease-specific clinical criteria, and evidence-based medicine
• Analyze territory and develop effective sales strategies to maximize growth
• Utilize CRM tool to capture customer needs and develop sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams, including medical directors, team physicians, and admissions RNs
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the healthcare field and maintain professional and technical knowledge
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 2 years sales experience or in healthcare services
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in CRM tool, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to develop clinical knowledge base to support sales efforts
