What you'll be doing: Reporting to the Hospitality Manager you will assist in overseeing daily hospitality operations, ensuring efficiency, high standards and impeccable customer service. You will be responsible for a small team of hospitality staff and a number of casual staff depending on the event. More about the role: Hands-on operational role which includes setup and execution of service Lead set ups for events ensuring events are set to venue standards within agreed timelines Supervise and develop the hospitality team Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative Management of small meeting rooms within the venue Adhere to and assist with driving the Health & Safety and sustainability aspects of the venue Who you are: Experience leading a team Good knowledge of food & service delivery Good knowledge of conference and banqueting Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and of own initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
