My client, a leading multinational SaaS client, is looking to fill these 2 exciting opportunities due to internal promotions. You will work out of their state-of-the-art hub in Blanchardstown, working 3 days per week onsite and you will offer technical support to their large client base from small independent companies to global retail chains. You will be responsible for : Provide customer centric technical support over the phone, email and remotely. Install and config of clients SaaS product suite. Troubleshoot issues and escalate as appropriate Remote customer training You will have : An IT Related Degree/Qualification Experience in a technical support role dealing with complex applications Excellent communication skills Positive attitude with a solutions oriented demeanour This client offers exceptional career progression opportunities and has a proven record of internal promotions.
