Bar Manager Clayton Hotel Burlington Road We have an excellent opportunity for a Bar Manager in the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road.

We are seeking a leader with excellent experience in Food and Beverage management in a leading hotel.


Located 30 minutes from Dublin International Airport and a 15-minute walk from St Stephens Green, our iconic Conference hotel caters for up to 1200 delegates with 20 supporting meeting rooms and 502 guest bedrooms.


Objective of the Role Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Bar Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Bar function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead the Bardepartment and execute the strategy to achieve goals.

People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.

Set targets for the Bar teamin line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.

Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.

Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.

Requirements:
Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.

Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.

Excellent Leadership skills.

Experience in recruiting and developing employees.

High standards and attention to detail.

An excellent focus on our customers.
