Job Description
Hands-on position at a 4* hotel requiring organizational skills, exceptional guest service, and technical ability during busy operations.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel
- Extensive knowledge of hotel management and supervision of Accommodation, Reception, and Food and Beverage
- Rooms department supervision and HACCP training
- Full awareness of health and safety policies and procedures
- Experience using a Front Office / Reception computer System
- Ability to follow and develop Hotel SOPs
- Pride in appearance and flexibility in a fast-paced workplace
- Courteous and focused on providing high-standard customer service
- High level of problem solving and unrestricted permission to work in Ireland
Available to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional nights. Benefits include bike to work scheme, company events, and employee discount.
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with nights and weekend availability.
Hotel experience required, with 1 year of experience in a hotel setting.
