A leading hospitality establishment in the Northwest is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its award-winning hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's high reputation, managing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the hotel across all departments
- Reputation management and profit optimization
- Staff management, recruitment, and retention
- Coordinating departmental activities, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and implementing operational procedures
- Monitoring occupancy levels, revenue, and expenses
- Resolving guest complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
