Job Description

Experienced General Manager sought for busy Hotel in Dublin, with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills.

As Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring each area within the hotel achieves agreed KPI's through adopting a strong business-led approach with the delivery of consistently high customer service and people-friendly methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives
  • Managing hotel operations, including rooms, finance, sales, and human resources
  • Setting and achieving goals, and efficiently managing a busy team
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue and growth

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years previous experience as a General Manager in a 4-star Hotel
  • 3rd Level Qualification in Hospitality Management
  • Strong knowledge of all Hotel Operations, including finance, sales, and human resources
  • Extensive experience in goal setting and team management

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of Accounts and Finance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Extensive experience of human resources and training
  • Excellent IT skills and detailed Health and Safety knowledge
