Career Vision Recruiters are recruiting for an experiencedGeneral Manager for a busy Hotel in Dublin. As Hotel General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring each area within the hotel achieves agreed KPI's through adopting a strong business-led approach with the delivery of consistently high customer service, and people friendly methods. A proven track record as a senior manager is essential, ideally in a similar type of hotel environment, with a particularly strong emphasis on F&B and financial awareness. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and must demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills coupled with clear business acumen and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations. Requirements: At least 3 years previous experience as a General Manager in a 4-star Hotel. 3rd Level Qualification in Hospitality Management. Strong knowledge of all Hotel Operations, Rooms, Finance, Sales, Human Resources Extensive experience in goal setting and efficiently managing a busy team Experience in the local Hospitality market is preferred. Strong knowledge of Accounts, Finance, hotel administration Strong organisational & communication skills. Extensive experience of human resources & training and an excellent track record in team management, personnel development, succession planning.
