Job Summary Staycity Dublin is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee our busy 246-room Tivoli Aparthotel on Francis Street. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion of our current Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 200+ rooms hotel management, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, driving financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. Proven track record in 200+ rooms hotel management, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality and hotel industry Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel management software and systems. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
