Housekeeping Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Craddock House Nursing Home.
About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residents' rooms and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in friendly conversation with residents while cleaning their rooms
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and report any damages or inadequacies
- Deal with reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of consumables and replace when necessary
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company practices
