We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants for a luxurious property in Co. Mayo, Ireland.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas to exacting standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities as needed.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are spotless, well-stocked, and in perfect condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the relevant department.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assist in the management of laundry and linen services.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within a luxury hotel or property.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
