Job Description

As a Housing Development Coordinator, you will provide administration, coordination and support to the Development and New Business Team in a reputable and award-winning Approved Housing Body.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective administration, coordination and tracking of projects and transaction related activities, managing the process and procedures around execution of legal, financial and contract documentation, convening team and committee meetings, and coordinating projects and stakeholder management.

Key skills and qualifications include a working knowledge of the residential sector and associated legislation, experience of working with an Approved Housing Body or related organisation, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, and strong IT and stakeholder management skills.
