Your new company As Housing Development Coordinator, you will join a reputable and award-winning Approved Housing Body who provide affordable homes and the support needed to enable people and their communities to live, thrive and prosper. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City Centre and is accessible via public transport. Your new company would like you to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role As Housing Development Coordinator, you will provide administration, coordination and support to the Development and New Business Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective administration, coordination and tracking of projects and transaction related activities. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to managing the process and procedures around execution of legal, financial and contract documentation in conjunction with the Development Team, Company Secretary and Authorised signatories; convening team and committee meetings and providing administration and coordination of reports, noting key actions and deliverables; assist in the preparation of policy documentation, committee papers and reports on behalf of the team; creating project trackers and producing reports; coordinating projects, stakeholder management and all additional ad-hoc duties that may fall into your new role. This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent experience in a fast-paced environment within a reputable Housing Association. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have a working knowledge of the residential sector and the associated legislation and have experience of working with an Approved Housing Body or related organisation. Any legal or policy administrative experience is desirable. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required as you will be liaising with a variety of key stakeholders. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your work to meet deadlines is essential. Strong IT & stakeholder management skills are necessary to succeed.
