Job Description

Our client is based in Citywest Business Park and is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to assist their team for a 6 month period initially. Salary is circa €45k pa and the role offers a working from home option as well as half day working each Friday. This role is within a fabulous team of people and is a super place to work. DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Contractor Management Handle the end-to-end process of the employee arrival and departure to ensure a smooth transition, in compliance with applicable local legislation and global policies. This includes coordinating work permit process, accommodation (housing & settling) arrangement, tracking of expenses, non personal records management, purchase order preparation and all other related processes. Management Support : Responsible for coordinating and managing business events such as commercial review, VIP visits, trade partner events etc, to ensure a seamless execution of such within allocated budget and guidelines. Provide administrative and logistics support to the team on travel, expense management etc. HR Support: Independently execute the administrative tasks, as per the relevant documented process and team member guidance, related to: onboarding & offboarding paperwork (hard & electronic copies) and steps to ensure smooth transition for starters and leavers end to end coordination of new starter induction process support the P&C Business Partner on the consolidation of required data related to employee engagement activities e.g., Great Place to Work, EES, Top Employer site administrator for iLearnIreland to ensure updated information SAP requisitioner role for relevant P&C and Gen services purchase orders , ensuring full compliance with finance & auditing guidelines logistics support for coordinating and organizing office training sessions for employees logistics support for the implementation company wide wellbeing initiatives Fleet Administrative duties: Supporting the EHS & General Services Manager in the end to end fleet management. Managing communication and transaction with Lease provider, insurance covers, managing telematics device to pull monthly business mileage report for payroll purposes, handling driver safety interventions, data management and analysis of all fleet data for relevant purposes, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all company fleet.
