Our client, a busy medical facility located in Dublin City Centre South, is seeking a Grade III HR Administrator to join their team. Position: Grade III HR Administrator Location: Dublin City Centre South Hourly Rate: €16.05 Contract Type: Rolling Assignment Key Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support to the HR department. Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, and HR records management. Maintain employee documentation, including contracts, leave requests, and payroll updates. Respond to HR inquiries promptly and professionally. Help organise HR-related meetings and events. Requirements: Previous experience in HR is preferred, but 2 year's administrative experience is essential. Third level qualification is essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
