Job Description

HR Administrator role for a global organisation in Cork, supporting employees in EMEA countries with HR-related enquiries and tasks.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing primary HR support to employees and managers across EMEA countries, handling enquiries and tasks related to benefits, employee data, HR systems, and pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries through phone or email, accessing various tools and knowledge bases.
  • Administer HR-related processes for internal customers, including data entry and support for the HRIS tool.
  • Develop strong internal relationships across Human Resources and with internal process partners.
  • Share and improve processes within the team and across the wider businesses.
  • Record all enquiries and resolutions in a customer relationship management system.
  • Analyse trends and report results, bringing findings and insights to the business.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Proven ability working with confidential data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience helping to improve operations and deliver a great customer experience.
