Job Summary: We seek a highly organised and motivated HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing HR data, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Manage/Scrub HR data.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, drafting correspondence, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- A relevant third-level qualification.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Contract Details:
- Temporary, 6-month contract.
- €37,000 per annum salary.
- Possibility of extension.
