Job Description

Job Summary: We seek a highly organised and motivated HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing HR data, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.

  • Manage/Scrub HR data.

  • Assist in scheduling interviews, drafting correspondence, and maintaining recruitment records.

  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.

  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.



Requirements:

  • A relevant third-level qualification.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.



Contract Details:

  • Temporary, 6-month contract.

  • €37,000 per annum salary.

  • Possibility of extension.
