Seeking an experienced HR Support Administrator to provide HR support, advice, guidance, and administrative support to clients, both on-site and off-site, as part of a HR Team.
The HR People provide a full range of HR Services to clients across the country and various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support, advice, guidance, and administrative support to clients
- Respond to clients' needs, including on-site and off-site support
- Work as part of a team and autonomously
Requirements:
- Degree in HR/Business related discipline or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a HR environment
- Keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task with good organisational skills
- Confident and efficient communicator with ability to actively listen and understand
- Sensible and common-sense approach to people's problems with a down-to-earth, positive attitude
- Keenness to learn and develop your career in HR
