Recruitment Administrator (Grade IV) Temporary 6-Month Contract Location: Dublin 8/Hybrid Salary: €37,000 per annum Contract Type: Temporary, 6 months Our client, a progressive public sector organisation, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Grade IV HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary 6-month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment process, supporting a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. Manage/Scrub HR data Assist in scheduling interviews, drafting correspondence, and maintaining recruitment records. Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and timely updates. Prepare reports and documentation as required by senior management. Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Essential Requirements: A relevant third-level qualification. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
