Job Title: HR Administrator Location: South Dublin Salary: €33,750 - €40,800 FRS Recruitment is currently hiring for a HR Administrator to join our client's busy HR department in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience to contribute to a dynamic team. This is a month to month rolling contract, 35hr working week with an immediate start required. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the HR department, ensuring all employee data is correct. Manage and update information for new starters and leavers to ensure payroll processes run smoothly. Pull reports from the internal HR system as required. Support recruitment efforts, including candidate selection, handling pre-employment documents, and onboarding. Assist with ongoing HR projects and other administrative tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in an HR administrative role. A qualification in Human Resources (or working towards one). Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or higher. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work with HR systems and generate reports.
