Job Description
We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our growing HR team in Ireland. This is a new role, based in Dublin on a hybrid basis with some limited travel to Cork.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing employee onboarding - Drafting employment contracts, issuing offer letters, onboarding to systems, etc.
  2. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees across the Irish business.
  3. Collaborate with the Senior Business Partner and colleagues across HR teams to help deliver a range of strategic HR initiatives to the business through a period of significant change in the organisation.
  4. Support line-managers across the business on a range of HR matters and provide a trusted HR advisory service.
  5. Engage in performance management processes and manage employee relations cases, seeking advice and referring complex cases to the Senior Business Partner.
  6. Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data for the Irish business, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations.
  8. Managing all HR administrative duties for the Irish business, including onboarding documentation, drafting employment contracts, changes of terms letters, etc.

Key Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  2. Qualification in HR or related discipline.
  3. Experienced in dealing with Employee Relations matters with a good knowledge of Irish employment law.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also work on own initiative.
