HR Advisor (Consultancy) Dublin 3 - Onsite The HR Advisor joins another team member and will involve providing clients with legally compliant advice as well as delivering the documentation service. To grow the service further, you will also be required to work with sales forming strong relationships with BDM's and providing legally compliant advice to prospects. Competitive salary and benefits package on offer. Main Responsibilities To provide telephony employment law and HR advice to clients. To ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law and best practice is continually updated. To log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases. To provide clients with supporting information/documentation to assist them in the advice provided where applicable. To review client documentation and provide advice accordingly, taking their internal terms and conditions into account and offering critique support. To deliver the service ensuring clients receive compliant bespoke documentation in line with set SLA's. To refer to Company internal training and legal updates to ensure that advice provided is compliant with our services. To follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable. Drive an increase in referrals to the Sales team through identifying opportunities and establishing need. To support with reviewing content and ensuring relevant documentation is up to date. Maintain and create FAQ or any knowledge base. To support BDMs providing advice to prospective clients and new clients by telephone and email. To build relationships with BDMs to increase trust and use of the service. Requirements: Practical experience working as a HR professional in a Generalist capacity. A willingness to develop your career as a HR professional and move into a leadership role in time as this role evolves. Ability to learn, research and interpret law quickly and effectively. Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised as required. Ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication and written skills. MS Office knowledge and experience.
