People & Culture (HR) Advisor- Full Time- Permanent- Co. Clare Full Time, Permanent Role Summary: CREGG are currently recruiting a HR Advisor for our client based in Shannon Co. Clare. Reporting into the P&C Manager -Ireland you will be partnering with stakeholders at all levels, across Ireland and responsible for the effective day to day administration and coordination of the department always guaranteeing compliance to GDPR and confidentiality. You will contribute to, be aligned to, and support the delivery of the P&C Strategy, whilst being highly engaged in an ever-changing environment Duties & Responsibilities: To assist with the smooth running of the P&C Department with the support and guidance of the P&C Manager. Responsible for complete end to end recruitment practice including preparing and placing adverts, sourcing and screening direct applicants, reviewing job descriptions, and interview scripts. Coaching and supporting line managers in interviews through to offer stage. To manage the end to end, on boarding and off boarding experience for all employees; Role Offers, Inductions, acknowledging resignation letters, Exit Interviews, partnering with Finance on new starters and leavers. Management of Personnel Files and Training Records. Proactively partner with Line Managers on day-to-day P&C issues, with the support and guidance of the P&C Manager. Develop and deliver employee reward and engagement initiatives on site, in conjunction with the Global People & Culture Team. Ensure all People & Culture systems (such as NAVEX, WorkCompass, Time Management) are kept fully updated, and provide real-time reporting on P&C metrics. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and deal with queries in a respectful and efficient manner, escalating where appropriate. Completion of a wide range of administrative tasks, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in a timely manner, To support in the development of P&C related processes and procedures providing advice and support to all stakeholders. Maintain a good working knowledge of current employment law, case law and best practice. Support and coach members of the management team through change management processes, performance management and succession planning. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Operations Director and related specifically to the maintenance of regulatory compliance for the organisation. Skills & Qualifications: 3rd Level Degree specialising in Human Resources or a related, relevant discipline. (CIPD qualification preferred). Minimum of 3 years experience working within a Human Resources role, ideally within a fast-paced environment Detailed understanding of legislation relating to People & Culture issues, and ability to translate knowledge into relevant policies and procedures. Must be proficient in MS Office with strong metric skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with Senior Management. Must be confident to perform the above duties.
