Job Description

Excel Recruitment is recruiting a HR and Reward Administrator on behalf of a Semi State body located in Dublin South. The HR and Reward Administrator will support the HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits teams, ensuring seamless execution of HR and reward processes. The focus will be on maintaining high data integrity and enhancing the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of employee information, maintaining a high standard of data integrity. Facilitate effective communication between HR Operations and Payroll teams, particularly regarding changes in employee terms, conditions, and onboarding processes. Assist the Compensation & Benefits Lead with pension administration and reward-related queries. Prepare and generate monthly reports, eventually taking ownership of key reports to ensure quality and timeliness. Manage specific administrative tasks, such as the Bike to Work Scheme, travel tickets, and purchase orders. Maintain and organise confidential files, ensuring all documentation is securely managed. Monitor and manage queries from the HR Operations and Payroll mailboxes. Develop expertise in the HRIS from both HR and Compensation & Benefits perspectives and share knowledge with the team. Requirements Prior HR Experience in a corporate operational environment. Knowledge of Irish HR Operations Payroll experience is a plus but not required. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
