Our Consulting unit is currently organised under six service lines; Transformation HR and Change; Forensic and Investigation Services; Risk Advisory Services; Outsourced Business Services; Economics Consulting; Restructuring and Corporate Finance The Opportunity This is a dynamic role which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of HR and employee relations assignments. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with: Providing advice and support to clients across a spectrum of HR and employee relations matters terms & conditions, recruitment, performance management, absenteeism, disciplinary, grievance and dignity and work matters. Developing contracts of employment and employment policies & procedures in line with legislative requirements and HR best practice. Assisting in the conduct of workplace and protected disclosure investigations under the guidance and direction of lead investigator, barrister, employee relations specialist and/or manager. Providing end-to-end support for recruitment campaigns which may include shortlisting and interviewing support. Supporting transformation and change projects as required. Assisting with business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches; Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management. The Person: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business discipline; A keen interest in employment law. A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law is desirable but not essential; Ideally 1.5/2 + years' experience in a HR role with emphasis on employee relations matters; Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to work. #RSM is an equal opportunity employer.
