HR Business Partner (Co Waterford) Hybrid Our client, a well-established organisation based in Waterford are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team overseeing a headcount of over 100 employees. As the HR Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping HR strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties: Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing superior customer service to all colleagues in line with employment law legislation and internal policies. Work closely with managers to ensure probationary periods are managed effectively. Administer benefits including time and attendance, benefits -pension etc. Liaise with payroll monthly. Case management of internal employee relations matters where they arise. Monitor absenteeism in conjunction with department managers. Manage occupational health reviews and referrals in line with company procedure. Ensure employee data is updated and maintained in line with GDPR requirements and respond to requests made under same. Ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, and professional HR service. Ensure HR processes are applied and adhered to consistently and fairly. Perform any other duties that are assigned to you by your manager and for which you have been provided with reasonable knowledge and training in respect of such responsibilities. Working with the administrators, ensuring HR systems are updated and maintained. Mediation and facilitation of issue resolution. Case management of long-term absence process Assist with preparations of audits from external bodies. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years previous relevant experience Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources) CIPD Qualification, desirable.
