Job Description

Seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic support and guidance to the EMEA team, driving business growth and innovation through effective talent management and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business partnership and thought leadership to all levels of the organization.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Assess team and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development.
  • Manage and facilitate performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to implement solutions and drive business growth.
  • Support employee relations issues and provide data analysis and reporting solutions.
  • Design and facilitate team meetings and offsite events.
  • Participate in and lead projects as an integral member of the HR community.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience building strong internal client and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Project management and change management experience.
  • Experience working with global and/or matrixed organizations.
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and solving problems.
  • Experience using data to drive insights and action.
  • Solid judgment and experience assessing risk.
  • Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work.
