Seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic support and guidance to the EMEA team, driving business growth and innovation through effective talent management and organizational development.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic business partnership and thought leadership to all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
- Assess team and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development.
- Manage and facilitate performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys.
- Partner with HR colleagues to implement solutions and drive business growth.
- Support employee relations issues and provide data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Design and facilitate team meetings and offsite events.
- Participate in and lead projects as an integral member of the HR community.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience building strong internal client and cross-functional partnerships.
- Project management and change management experience.
- Experience working with global and/or matrixed organizations.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience influencing and solving problems.
- Experience using data to drive insights and action.
- Solid judgment and experience assessing risk.
- Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work.
