Seeking HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to Head of HR and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading, exponentially growing and long-established production organisation in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner for their Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations cases, such as bullying, harassment, absence or underperformance investigations
- Develop, implement and inform employees about HR policy implementation
- Train management on HR procedures, including investigations and performance reviews
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring process
- Provide informed data to measure staff performance, levels of absence and success planning
- Manage and conduct leadership coaching of managers and departmental team building activities
Requirements
- Previous experience of leading complex employee relations cases, including bullying and harassment
- Skilled in mentoring managers on HR policies and procedures
- Significant experience as a HR Business Partner or as a Stand-Alone HR Manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (9.30 - 5.30 / 1 day per week 12 noon - 8pm)
- Beneficial to have experience of liaising with trade unions

- Competitive base salary of up to €62,000 dependent upon experience
