HR Business Partner sought to provide expert advice and support to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation.
As a key member of the HR Team, you will work closely with Heads of Departments, Managers, and Staff to provide guidance and assistance on HR matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with managers and staff to provide HR advice and support
- Managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Collating and preparing reports for payroll, working closely with the payroll team and managers
- Developing and issuing HR policies and procedures, and updating them as needed
- Assisting in promoting good attendance management and supporting managers in efforts to maintain good attendance
- Participating in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and guiding managers through the interview stage to placement
- Coaching and supporting managers on ER policies and procedures, and the legal framework
- Preparing employee contracts, letters, and starter packs, and performing general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5-10 years of HR experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to be a strong team player and provide support at all levels
- Strong experience working with HR Systems
- Ability to work under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations
- Solutions-oriented, creative, and proactive approach
- Ability to prioritize and work to key deadlines
