About Your New Job: As a trusted advisor, you'll support the leadership team to drive HR strategies, create engaging employee policies, and attract top talent. Your tasks include:
- Working with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Management of the onboarding process for all new employees.
- Responsible for Employee Relations queries.
- Supporting payroll and benefits.
- Creating data-driven management reports.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
Key Skills: 2-4yrs experience in Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, with a strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law and excellent communication skills.
