HR Business Partner Critical to the People Team, we are looking for a HR Business Partner for a Maternity Cover Contract to provide both the strategic and operational HR interface to key business areas.
You'll be partnering at all levels and managing key stakeholder relationships, to understand and determine the appropriate people interventions that support our business strategy.
Drives consistency of approach across Ireland in attracting, managing, developing and retaining talent to support current and future organisational needs Partners with the business to create sustainable organisational design, through facilitating the creation of effective operating models, structures, systems and processes, aligned to business/functional strategy Utilises experience in both ER and Change projects to understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnosing the underlying issues and building the case for change with stakeholders Supports transformational activity through strong change management approach ensuring the way that People change is delivered, is consistent with our brand values and cultural principles Coaches and builds the capability of managers to role model the company's values and leadership behaviours and to anticipate organisational issues Participates in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate to ensure their reputation as a world class organisation and employer of choice.
Proactively shares best practice, knowledge and intelligence within the People function, positively engages and collaborates with Centres of Expertise to enable a brilliant employee experience.

If you join us as a HR Business Partner we would want you to have: Relevant business experience and fully CIPD Qualified.
Strong communication and relationship building skills (particularly with senior stakeholders) Sound understanding of People policies and procedures, best practice and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practices.
Strong project management skills - highly desirable Strong facilitation and consulting skills; able to consult on a range of relatively complex People issues with a proven ability to deliver against a range of conflicting demands.
