A key member of the People Team, the HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support to key business areas. Key duties include partnering with business stakeholders, managing talent acquisition and retention, and driving organisational design and change management. The role requires strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as a sound understanding of employment practices and policies. The successful candidate will have relevant business experience, CIPD qualification, and strong project management skills. They will also be able to operate at a strategic and operational level, influence senior management, and provide solutions-oriented advice.
